Rates are in Fiji Dollars, inclusive of VAT, and are valid thorugh to March 31st, 2011.
All rates are inclusive of snorkelling and fishing gear, all meals/snacks and all your favourite drinks.
The menu is prepared on board by Valentino and consists mainly of European pasta, fresh fish sashimi, fresh fruit and vegetables from the local market, fresh local meats from the best butcher in Fiji.
Wines are from Italy (e.g. Soave, Prosecco, Merlot). Beer is the famous Fiji Bitter stubbies and water is local bottled Fiji Water made famous at the Oscars.
Valentino can cater for all tastes, including vegetarian and allergies.
